Want to lose fat after pregnancy? Gynecologist at the International Fertility Centre, Rita Bakshi suggests some healthy and safe ways to cut down the unwanted fat.
Prefer fresh food over refrigerated one. Avoid consuming same type of food daily and chew well, says experts.
Fresh Fruits:
Eat fruits and avoid keeping them refrigerated. Have fresh every time you eat them.
Freshly cooked meal:
Try to have meal which contains natural cooked veggies or meat. Avoid artificial flavorings or preservatives.
Seasonal Vegetables:
Try to have best advantage of seasonal vegetables and fruits. They are not only good but also provide a change in taste and nutrients. But avoid eating one type of food daily and avoid overeating as well.
Proceed toward the park:
Your body need time to get back to shape after pregnancy, so the best would be to start with basic exercises like walking. Make sure you take your doctor’s advice before doing so.
Yoga:
Yoga will help you to lose weight earlier than you actually think. There are several types of yoga exercises. Join a class and start with general steps. It is good for physical and mental health.
Chew Food:
Chewing food well is as important as getting back to shape after pregnancy. It is a good exercise for mouth as well.

Researchers have proved that during depression body has disrupted hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and thyroid dysfunction decreasing libido, and in turn leading to infertility.

Habits leading to frequent suffering by STD’s:

Many habits such as sleeping around and unprotected sex can cause transmission of STD’s (sexually transmitted diseases). These can cause blockage of genital track and damage testis leading towards infertility.

Wearing tight jeans:

One of the most recent habits that cause infertility is emerging fashion of wearing tight jeans. This not only causes over production of heat in scrotal sac but also cause genital tract inflammation and retains blood circulation. This can seriously effect sperm production.

Sitting for long periods:

This very unconscious practice can be one of the habits that cause infertility. Sitting for long periods of time cause lack of blood supply to the pelvic area and thus to genital organs. Lack of blood supply can lead to tissue necrosis. Experts suggest standing up every 45 minutes and spending at least 30 minutes a day on some exercise.
