When fruits should be avoided

When fruits should be avoided?  The question sounds a little bit strangely, because we all well know that fruits is one of the bases of healthy eating. Dietitians recommend to include into diet more fruits, because they have a lot of fiber, vitamins and so on. However, doctors warn that patients with certain diseases should refuse some kinds of fruit and berries. What and when?
• Is not recommended to eat  a lot of watermelon for people, who has kidney stones, as well as for people with diabetes, pancreatitis, colitis.
• Cherry and strawberries amount should be restricted  for those withstomach acidity is increased.
• Grapes, figs, dates, cherries and sweet cherries, plums and bananas contain a large quantity of sugar, therefore people with diabetes and overweight people shouldn’t eat too much of these fruits.
• Fresh apricots and peaches are not recommended for people with the stomach or duodenal ulcer, acute gastritis. Especially “on an empty stomach”.
• Cranberries, gooseberries and cowberries are not recommended for patients with gastric ulcer or liver disease.
• Black currants are not recommended if you have high blood clotting. Therefore, these berries shouldn’t be eaten by people prone to thrombosis, as well as people who are recovering after a heart attack.
• People with nephritis and gout is not recommended to eat raspberries.

But, no matter what fruit is removed from your diet, always remains a lot of fruits, from which you can choose the most appropriate for yourself.
