Healthy nutrition for skin shine. Nutritionists say, that healthy nutrition leads to the healthy glowing skin. They also submit the list of the products, which are most beneficial for our skin:
1. BLACKBERRIES – rich in vitamin C, which help the body produce collagen, as makes your skin smooth, supple. They’re also high in antioxidants, which fight the signs of aging.
2. OILY FISH (salmon, sardines, mackerel, fresh tuna, sea herring and other oily fish). As well as such fish is necessary for our brain, also it is very useful for our skin – help to keep pores clear, skin moisturized and plump. This is thanks to their omega-3 fatty acids.
